So pleased you can drop by.  I have decided to keep a stitching Diary but as I'm online most of the time I thought to make it a blog.

ABOUT ME

Do you really want to be bored by me??  You asked for it!

The name is Emma.  Born as Emma Jane Sloan in 1979, married in 1998 so my surname is now Lamb.  Got divorced () in 2005 and due to be married again in July 2008.  New surname will be Tyler.  I have three children, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 1 rat.  I'm engaged to Nik who is the same age as me.

I moderate a few Freecycle® Groups.  I'm Co-Owner of Glasgow Freecycle®  found HERE but you can find your local group by going to http://www.freecycle.org.

I first learned to Cross Stitch when I was expecting my eldest child, back in 1996/7.  I've been hooked since.  It has been a sort of lifeline.  I don't know how I spend my time if it wasn't for my stitching.  I'd probably be bored out of my wits!

I'm not really good at keeping a blog to be honest... but I'd thought I'd give it another try.

I'll be keeping a journal (link on the left) to keep track of things.

For every cross stitch finish there'll be a time and date of the blog and photo of the finished piece.  If the peice is for a secret exchange from the forum I visit then there will be no photo until on or after the exchange reveal date.

I'll also keep a page of my WIPs as they go along.
